Churches that order through the association save on shipping costs (there aren’t any for orders totaling $50 or more!) and it allows the association to purchase additional resources.
All they need to do is download/print the order form below, complete it and return it to the association by email (dpanter@madisonassociation.org) or fax (256-536-0017).
