Hello from the Madison Baptist Association!

  • ACP FORMS need to be filled out in time to create the necessary documents for the annual meeting, and we need each church to do it, no matter how big or small. Please take the time out of your schedule to fill these out when the information arrive; thank you very much!

 

  • Another letter should have gone out with a physical copy of the ACP to fill out – don’t forget to finish it!

 

  • September 5th the MBA will be holding its First Thursday Event at Camp MACOBA at 10:30am. Come here Dr. Mark Gainey from Disciple LINK and join fellow Madison County Ministers for fun, food, and worship!

 

  • September 16-18ththe MBA will be hosting a Sustainable Discipleship Workshop with Doug Burrier! The cost is $100 for MBA members, and you can sign up through our new website, madisonassociation.org.

 

  • October 3rd the MBA is holding a 4-person golf scramble at Cherokee Ridge. The fee is $75 per golfer. To sign up, email cfrancis@madisonassociation.org; sign-ups are due by September 30th.

 

  • October 6th will be our Annual Meeting at New Salem Baptist Church. We will meet from 3:00-6:00pm to discuss the last year of the MBA and where we are going next!

 

  • 140 KEY FOBS – Rivertree Church has changed security systems and has approximately 140 key fobs available to any church that can use them. Please contact Tina Phillips at tphillips@myrivertree.org if you can use them.

 

  • FREE KEYBOARD - There is still a donation of a Baldwin MCX-1000 keyboard with weighted keys. Please bring a truck with you to pick it up. For more specifics, you can contact

Please be praying for:

  • UAH, Calhoun, and A&M’s BCMs as they try to reach college students during the first weeks of school in August. This is a time in the incoming student’s lives where they are most susceptible to follow a new belief, and we hope to draw many towards Christ.
